BBQ Chicken Salad | Recipe

This is such a simple meal but I've added some ingredients to it which really adds a lot of taste and gets rid of the dryness from the lettuce. 

Your going to need: 

Tomatoes

Lettuce/watercress/rocket salad

Cucumber 

Chicken 

Coleslaw 

Pepper 

BBQ Sauce:  

1 tablespoon of cider vinegar 

2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons dark brown soft sugar

1/4 teaspoon mustard/mustard powder

1/4 teaspoon salt 

1 clove garlic, minced

120g ketchup 

1 tablespoon chilli sauce

First of all I washed the watercress under the tap then drained it out, I then placed it on the plate chopped up some tomatoes and cucumber and mixed it in with the watercress. 

Time to make your BBQ sauce, grab a small saucepan keep the heat at medium and mix together the ketchup, sugar, mustard, garlic, chilli sauce, cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce and salt.

Then once it's heated up and all mixed together leave it to cool down. 

Next your going to need the chicken, chop it up into slices and once the BBQ sauce has cooled down brush it on the chicken. 

The next option is up to you depending on wether you want coleslaw and a BBQ sauce taste mixed together but I loved it mixed together, grab a tablespoon of coleslaw and mix it in with the salad already prepared on your plate this will get rid of any dryness in the salad.

After you've done that mix the BBQ chicken in with the salad. Lastly I covered it in pepper for extra spice and for a side dish I added some roast potatoes.

A/W OOTD

Winters finally here and I've got my big baggy jumpers at the ready. Sorry it's only going to be another short blog today as I only got home a hour ago and I'm pretty tired! I'm planning on going sleep after this and it's not even 10pm yet, I say that although I may get a little bit distracted by going on my phone in bed and spending the whole night on Instagram and twitter.

I know this outfit is a bit dull, hasn't got much colour to it but I literally just threw a jumper and jeans on and a pair of trainers as it was the cosiest option - it's been raining all day and has been so cold! I can actually say that winters nearly here but that's what I love about it all the comfy clothes and being warm that's what it's all about. I will make sure my next OOTD is all glamorous for you guys! 

Alexandre vauthier autumn/winter 2014-2015

A/W 2014-2015 couture 

What do you all think about the Alexandre Vauthier autumn/winter collection? I haven't uploaded all the pictures from the show on this blog post because personally there's a few I didn't like I'm not going to lie and say I absolutely love them all when I personally don't, but Im going to share the ones I do like with you guys! I've seen a few furr jackets in this collection and you can probably spot the yellow one, it's pretty hard to miss.. but I chose this picture because I think the colour is stunning and the outfit goes really well together, I don't think I could pull this outfit off myself as it's abit to eye catching but it's defenitly gorgeous to look at! 

The long black dresses and the kind of mesh designed v-neck dresses are my favourite, I think the plain black dresses look so elegant and classy, you've got abit of leg showing with a slit at the side of the dress paired with gorgeous nude coloured heels, so simple but so beautiful!

New balance trainers

Hey everyone! 

Hope your all having a good day, it's so hot in the UK I can't escape it!!! 

Anyway onto my new trainers, 

So I got told by a friend about this website caller 'ioffer' where you can get loads of good brands on there and it's not actually as expensive as the brands are, I looked at reviews on the website and people were saying don't order from there it's a scam Ect.. But then I read other reviews from people saying when you buy from ioffer make sure your seller has good rating and good reviews and if so you should be ok. So my advice to you guys is to just make sure to be safe and careful on this website look at the sellers reviews before you dive straight into buying and you should be ok!! Well my shoes came pretty quickly from china in about a week so I'm really happy with that! 

On the website when I ordered these they didn't have a size five only a size 5.5 so I messaged the seller asking for a size 5 and that was fine!!

When I first put these on I wasn't to sure but then it's because the laces were really wide I tightened them up Paired them with some black skinny jeans and I love them! 

They are pretty comfy actually which I like as I seem to be doing a lot of walking these days!
